*Your processed credit card will confirm enrollment and you will receive a receipt for payment as well as an informational email immediately after registering in our program.
Enrollment & Payment Through MAIL:
*Your processed check will confirm enrollment and you will receive an informational email once your registration form has been processed in our system.
*Any refund requests must be made two weeks prior to the first day of the session in which camper is enrolled. All cancellations will entitle you to a credit for future sessions. No other option is available!!

--SUMMER WEATHER CANCELLATION POLICY--
In the situation of severe rain in the forecast camp will be cancelled for the day. An email will be sent by 8:00am notifying all families. Weather cancellations will be posted on our websites home page.
*If camp is cancelled due to the weather, 1 hour will be added to the remaining days of the camp session. If camp is cancelled on a FRIDAY there will be no make up, credit, or refund.
If campers are at camp and it begins to rain camp will continue outside(light rain). In the situation of heavy rain or a thunderstorm the campers will go inside the facility.
**THERE WILL BE NO DAILY REFUNDS/CREDITS**
